1c. red wine vinegar
1 tbl. honey
1c. olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tbl. horseradish mustard
5 tbl. tahini (sesame seed paste)* 
1-2 tbl. chopped green garlic

Mix all ingredients together.

Makes about 3c. dressing.
