4 c. peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped fresh peaches
¾ c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. sugar
5 tbl. Amaretto

In a blender, puree the peaches. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until very cold. Place the mixture in an ice cream machine and freeze according to machine directions.
