Radish Sautéed with Green Garlic

Radishes
1 1/2tbl. butter
1 1/2 tbl. chopped green garlic

Sauté coarsely sliced radishes in butter over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then add chopped green garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes a great side dish.
