Spicy Kale

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add kale (or other greens). Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook 7 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking. Squeeze water out of greens. Heat 1 tbl. olive oil in same pot. Add some fresh garlic and red pepper flakes to taste. Sauté 1 minute, then stir in kale and about 1/3-1/2c. chicken or veggie broth.

**I love to add this to scrambled eggs while making a breakfast burrito. Cook it up the night before.
